Donor Qualifications

Infectious Disease Patients: You must have recently (within the past two months) contracted one of the illnesses found on our Infectious Disease List.

Autoimmune Disease Patients: You must have contracted one of the illnesses found on our Autoimmune Disease List.

Polyclonal Antibody Patients: You must have one of the rare Polyclonal Blood Antibodies found on our Polyclonal Antibody List.

For All Patients:

• If possible, you must provide a recent, verifiable test result from your healthcare provider.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must weigh at least 110 lbs.
• You must be located in the United States in order to participate in our donor program.
• You must have 2 pieces of identification. Photo I.D. and proof of Social Security Number or INSN (Immigration Naturalization Services Number)
• You must not have had ear piercing, body piercing, tattoos or permanent make-up in the last 12 months (greater than 12 months is acceptable).
• You can not be Hepatitis C or HIV positive.
• You can not be currently pregnant.
• You must be willing to travel to an FDA licensed donor center and provide a plasma donation. If a center is not located near you, and you qualify to participate, your travel expenses will be covered.
